    You sure ?

I read on the North Sydney Bears club website that he's re-signed for 2021.

Yeah he's gone reluctantly to Wests Magpies who feed the Tigers. Too many ahead in the pecking order.

Theres an iv with JT on the Bears website discussing that and other matters. He gives a hint that Max Bailey might join our squad as you suggested.

Will see if this link works.

I would rather the Chooks gave Egan Butcher & Fletcher Baker an introduction to FG rather than get SBW.

          Right O ... gotcha

Also it does make sense, there are a few blokes ahead of him. Ah well ... we can't keep em all !

Yeah sure he's ahead of butcher in the pecking order but let's be real.. unless he fills out, there's only so long his awkward and rangy running style will make him hard to contain. If he can't evolve his game further, he'll fade out like all the other lanky talents we've unearthed.. Kane Evans as another prime example.
I think he's made a number of significant line breaks that have turned the momentum of games. Can't pinpoint them all, but he has a habit of delivering when we need it.

Last week he ran 107m and made 31PCM, 3TBs, 1LB, 1LBA and 1OL outta 9 hit-ups. I know it was against a shyte team but IMO that sums hum up. For a low-paid player he makes more than his standard 10m each run, is a pain to tackle and is always looking for situations where he can catch the opposition off-guard.

Call it subjective but his game is bit like JT is with conversion kicking stats. JT was never the most accurate kicker from a statistical standpoint, or the most technically gifted. However if I was gonna bet my house on somebody to kick one from the sideline under extreme pressure, he'd be my first choice.

PS - a kind stakeholder at work treated me to a few lemonades, so pardon if I'm a little bit chirpy this arvo. Bring on the farking Eels! Massive chance to jump them and Souffs...
