      Massive, massive, massive, massive.

80minutes & 58 tackles in only his 2nd grade of First Grade. Keep in mind he wouldn’t have played in any other game this year as he’s been in the bubble all year.

Temperament alone he gets a huge tick. Plenty to like about what he was doing with the ball also, geez with Freddy & Verills we’ll probably be a good chance of losing one next year. Would be great to loan one of them out for a season like Melbourne did this year with Harry Grant.

He is a great little player for someone so green. Plays with a lot of confidence.

If he continues to improve this quickly it might be tough for Robbo to decide on Verrills or Lussick for the future.

We won't be able to keep both of them unless Friend moves on or retires.

Huge game from the kid! Pulled off a couple of solid hits in the middle too, I particularly remember one on Papa that rocked him.

a Verills clone all the way!

Lussick played great last night, thou not sure who gave him permission to kick ball out with 30 seconds left as Easts made it paramount to form scrum with 30 seconds to go leading by 12...we did that for a reason to score another try....kid needs to leave it to senior players

Lussick a bit more rugged like Friend. As good as Verrills is I reckon he will be the one to go.

That was my initial thought too, but when I watched a replay of it, I saw Cordner point towards the sideline so he was obviously under instructions for that last play.

I thought Lussick had a solid game and a capable backup for Friend should he be required.

                    Freddy v Sam long term.
Need to see a bit more of Freddy to decide ...but hasnt Sam already had 2 serious knee injuries ? if theres not much between the two, then that may be the thing that decides it one way or the other !

He also hogged a try scoring opportunity and butchered it. Another time tried to score from D/H - a very low percentage play.

Not bagging the kid as there's much like about him.

Verrils has a bullet pass off the ground which is spot on the money and is a very dangerous runner and catches markers napping.
Lussick did well last night and made a heap of tackles but that was also due to the fact that the Raiders targetted him heavily and saw it as an opportunity to make ground and get quick play the balls.
                        I'm taking Sam over Freddie.
