Thanks Fletch, it doesn't sound good at all, although Buddy seems to think he knows otherwise

Dont know why people here are so worried about the forwards? We have more depth in the forwards than souths have dead members.

apparently in the area just above his ankles there is minimal blood flow hence its very difficult for the bone to heal? i do wish him well, at the moment his folks are down from qld so he might be taking a little time off to be with them? normally hes a very committed trainer!

without making too much noise about young marty i think rumours of a new injurty are unfounded, you might consider that maaster coach smith did not want our dynamic prop in the emerging qlders camp to injure himself before the season started, dont be too concerned, prop kennedy is a very intelligent and committed young man who is determined to rip in on the field for the roosters this season consider too that youy never advertise your weakness or injury to the opposition!

Recent injury update on the chooks website says he's good to go. Also said that Cherrington will be eased back into the competition around may.

after chatting to the young man in question several points came to light firstly smithy did not want him to get involved in the qld emerging players camp , in case his injury was again aggravated, secondly it would be better that it was thought he was injured for that and thirdly one never allows details of an injury to go to the opposition who would work on that injury, expect mk to be fine for the foundation cup game thence the season, easts have him in kid gloves now to avoid a recurrence! rightly so too!
