In a team where all the players are my favourite, Keary is my favourite

Anyone remember that deluded, supercilious vermin guy - johnnysekret - who comes here from time to time? When we signed Keary he indicated that Souffs were happy to see him go and that he would go down as on of our worst ever signings. Two premierships, GF man of the match, Kangaroos jersey... I hope we sign more duds like him.

Being with a successful club also helps to attract lucrative 3rd party deals.

Wonderful news. We all know why Luke would re-sign for less than market value. The media and non-rooster fans can go on all they like about sombreros and brown paper bags. Now we just need to ectend Teddy!

Thank you Luke. Simply thank you.

Nice to know it's not always about the dollars.

Maubs sets this standard and has done so on more than one occasion. More than anything I hope that's his legacy for the club.

              Chook.

I'd be surprised if JWH didn't take a lot less than what the Panthers offered.

Fantastic news for the club he's a gun and when he has a good game we win. To all the cheap shot merchants who have a crack at us about our salary cap Keary re-signing for less along with a lot of the other boys shows why we are a successful club.
The chance to contend for titles under the tutelage of a great coach and support staff whilst always improving your game is worth more than a few extra dollars because at the end of the day when your career is over you will remember the premierships more than the coin.
