      More line breaks...and less mistakes.

I think we're all resigned to the knowledge that Pearce will never be a line breaking halfback. He tries hard when he runs to the line but unless he picks his moments extremely well all NRL forwards should be up to stopping what he offers. I expect greater creation of line breaks from him. Leave it to the outside backs and edge forwards to actually go through the line. The only way we'll see more line breaks from him is through consolidation of his already impressive support play in conjunction with greater second phase play from our tight forwards.

In defence of the next centre for the Roosters, he did set up Anasta last year for a line break during that tigers rort.

Very simplistic because the majority of the top halfbacks happen to be from Queensland.

His passing is top draw.. See some of the cut outs he threw to SKD late in the season, mainly for SKD to butcher those opportunities.

Pim, your posts get sillier all the time.

Maybe time to return to your pop culture guru persona - that was always interesting

His passes are far too often just thrown 'anywhere', too hard, too late...and the ball finishes up on the ground.

Also messes up kicks for touch.

Just a pity Todd Carney won't be here to weave his magic thru the line.

Don't remember seeing too much of that in 2011. You are living in the past BB - time to move on and support those at the club. Either that or follow the Sharks.

i remember last year how he always never seemed to be able to get a repeat set of 6. he would always put it up in the air instead of a grubber not the best kicking game but a very good passing game needs to improve on it

                            Pearce will be fine..

His game will become more dominant as our young pack does..

Bwaiff & Mini are my worry..Not Mitch..

Toddy would rather snort the line!
