Is it 4 years? Has it always been played at the SFS? I can only remember it being played their.

If it has always been played at the SFS I cant work out why it has been moved. Maybe it has something to do with the A League.
Personally it doesn't bother me if it is played out at Campbelltown.
Since 2007 and always at the SFS, the crowds the last 3 seasons have dropped off dramatically (in 2007 it was 16,000, 2008 15,000 last 3 seasons 8,000, 10,000 and 6,000) so it makes sense to move it around as they'll definitely get more than 6,000 at Leichhardt (where it's currently pencilled in for, but not confirmed) or Campbelltown.

If the Tigers' game is confirmed for Cambelltown I might go to that one considering I'll be out that way on the day anyway, visiting my dad.

There is no way I would venture anywhere near Belmore Stadium, be it by train, plane or automobile. That's one day of footy I am happy to miss out on, given the venue.

Just an update on the Back to Belmore day.

It's shaping up as a great day for nostalgia, the club has already sold just over 4,000 tickets to members and is likely to be capped at 10,000. The old "wog stands" will be closed so seating will be on the hill (bring a sheet of cardboard to sit on the grass) and in the grandstand. The pigeon shit has been cleaned up and they've slapped a coat of paint on the old girl. Parking will be a shit fight, as per the "good old days".

            Personally, can't wait !!

Not always, they usually take one away to the country.....

I am pretty sure last year one was in Perth also....

The best I have been to in years was at Forbes.....that was a while ago....
