I'm no expert but my understanding is there's no miracle ACL cure out there. As soon as you know it's a grade 3 tear, you're up for a long recovery period and there's not a lot you can do about that. Radley will not be back by the finals and I don't want him having some risky 'miracle' cure that's just gonna cause other dramas. It pays to take the time off and recover properly IMO because you don't end up farking around with repeat injuries...etc.

Edit: I don't wanna call it 'good news' because it's terrible news, but looks like Hodgson might have also done his ACL. Again not 'good' news but it looks like we're not the only team with season-ending injuries (although 3 ACLs in a season s*x soooo bad!!)Last edited by ism22; 07-12-2020, 12:17 AM.

They then put a strap through the bones and the ligament gradually grows back in place of the strap. As you've noted, Alex Johnson did this and it didn't go so well (see https://www.abc.net.au/news/2018-08-...-good/10129102). So like... it can get you back in '4 months' but it's risky and if it does re-break then there will be all this cord and shyte floating the site... messy.

Round 1 2021
IMO our culture of player welfare is something that's often ignored. People choose us over Souffs for a reason. Long-term your body will be better off.
