Just heard the end of the news and thought I heard them suggest it could be a 20 round comp , anyone else hear this.

Fox wants 20 rounds,ch9 wants 15 so it doesn’t clash with the cricket World Cup.

The longer the season the better for us. Flanno will take a while to settle in. Don't think we'll make top 4, but we can still win comp. I feel the delay probably good for us after a couple massive seasons. Freshen then up.

17 Rounds is stupid, play 22 rounds or 15.
15 means you play each team once, with 17 you play 2 teams twice. Put your house on Souths, Storm, Canberra and Brisbane playing weaker team fighting for the spoon..
We will play teams that are expected to be in the top 8, the NRL will try everything to stop us.

Given that the SCG Trust already has a large sum of money from Gold memberships of the SFS/SCG and is not refunding any of it, many of the members involved Roosters supporters, SCG Trust should be made provide the SCG to the Roosters "free' or at very little cost.

NRL has to get agreement from the clubs for the format of the new competition, 17 or 22 rounds.
