Uncle Nick would be fine, but I agree that he would not be looking for, or needing, another job.

Robbo could eventually be the CEO, but I want to be selfish here and keep him with the Roosters.

Bring Gallop back. No, sorry, only joking, scratch that! Perhaps Moffat or that ex Balmain official instead.
              MRR or Rabid

Some people believe supporting the Roosters
is a matter of life and death, I am very disappointed
with that attitude. I can assure you it is
much, much more important than that.

It's a close race between the Nrl, cricket and rugby, to who has the worst hierarchy. Greenturd has always been out of his depth in his role. The quicker he is gone the better.

Cronk would make a fine administrator in a few more years.

Backing up to the ad discussion, Peter Fitzsimmons has a piece in the Herald that I don't see any counter argument to. The ad is not aimed at the purist, the NRL's got them already. There is a huge market that knows nothing about the game and that market must be mined, look at how the AFL does it. I think the ad is the least of the G's missteps, might even redeem him.

For all of Todd Greenberg’s criticisms,
the fact that the opening round of footy* went ahead as per usual (rightly or wrongly), when every other sport was either cancelled or played in front of empty stadiums shows that he has political pull.

The game in North Queensland to open the new stadium was a particularly powerful play given the significance on so many parts.

Pete the Greek surely can’t punt him now
                                ..it’ll be interesting to see
