I agree that Luke and James are our highest priorities, although I do fear a bit for the former's longevity in the game resulting from those concussions. He might have to be protected a little more than he otherwise would be. Hopefully that won't cause too much disruption with our general play.

I worry about Luke & his head knocks & I'd be very worried if he is out for a substantial time in 2020. With the loss of Tets, Cronk & Latrell, Keary is the main man so if he go's down so do the Chooks IMO.

Yes, unfortunately that would leave us a bit exposed. The club proved this year that the player's welfare comes first (and so it should, BTW). I fear if it happens again, he could be out for six months or so. We need to make sure that there are contingency plans in place should this circumstance eventuate.

The contingency plan is the Chooks will be farked. You will have Flannagan & Hutch/Lam which just cannot replace a Cronk & Keary.
