I heard Anasta being interviewed about his upcoming golf tournament on Labinator's 2GB golf show a few weeks back.
He said along the lines of ... he is playing the tournament because he was invited to play, and would really like to test himself in amongst all the pro's. He sounded unlikely to become a pro after his league career because to do it right he would have to commit to it 110%, which would mean long hours of practice, travel etc which after a decade of professional football, he would find difficult to fully commit to.
That was the gist of what he said.
..... but I suppose if he surprises himself and goes really well in these tournaments over the summer, he may well change his tune ?
