  • The Storm have been called out

Hopefully the officials have heard this from fox sports. Will be interesting to see how the raiders over-react to these grubby Storm tactics this week.
The Melbourne Storm are getting away with “blue murder” at the ruck and are risking severe injury to opposition players as the NRL finals loom into site.

So how good are these teams really?! Raiders, storm and the scum? Exploiting rules to gain advantage, I've kept an eye on the reckless storm ever since that Fijian lunatic jumped knees first on that kick return in 2017.

Forget the cheating, someone is going to be seriously hurt, oh wait........

Cant wait for the Roosters to play them in the GF again. I love it when the Chooks get down & dirty.

Shane Richardson has called a stop to their grubby tactics as well. About time others have seen the light. The Storm have always cheated one way or another. Problem is the Roosters will get scrutinised more. Still strong enough to go back to back.

Surely somebody in a boardroom must be saying:

'...this Melbourne experiment is horrible!!! We give them a leg up every year by allowing them to be like what Japan is to whaling... like oh... that's banned so we'll just give it a new name and keep doing it. Ha-ha you stupid other countries! It's winning them games but it's not winning people's hearts. Cam Munster and his old mate Smithy can get all the stats in the world and fans will still wanna be like Benji Marshall and Robbie Farah who have had TERRIBLE luck with their careers. Sure fans like to win... but they also secretly like to see some grit/honesty, lose a little, struggle, see talented players fight through the weeds...and do so with a bit of pride/character/likability! They like "the accountant" about as much as they like paying tax and that young, tattooed grub who got sent off twice in last year's GF? People hate him!!!

How do we build culture in Melbourne? Smith, Slater and Cronk will all be immortals and we can erect big golden statues of then. Who will remember them though, and for what? What moves can young players take away from them? I mean with Benji there's the step, the no look flick pass... the excitement, optimism and appetite for risk that came from a bloke who was used to having to having to bring his earthly team back from the brink! Smith? There's McKinnon's back being broken by age old Storm tactics, constant [annoying] backchat to the refs and this silly strip tactic that's banned in all junior grades, banned at an international level and will more than likely be banned by the NRL in 2020.

To boot, every aspiring young player's gonna know that most stats are completely unattainable because they were achieved by players in a team that was systematically cheating the salary cap!!!!! This gives you about as much motivation as the East fukking Germans give 16 y/o female athletes, who realise no matter how hard they train, the record holder... who can no longer be challenged... is listed as being part of a systematic cheating program... strategically released after the period to challenge their legitimacy had passed. Their name will forever be clear thanks to this loophole but people don't like loopholes! They like authenticity... something they can aspire to do!!!

Who wins? How do we fix this farking mess? WHY didn't we fix it earlier?!?!?'

Shane Richardson calling out grubby tactics , that will do me.

The Storm tactics are like grunting in women's tennis. Should have been stopped when it started but the administrators were too gutless
The Internet is a place for posting silly things
Try and be serious and you will look stupid

Fox League onto Storm just in time to play Canberra. What a surprise.

That gleaming-eyed idiot Crawley’s “beef of the week” on Monday was probably written by Ricky.

Yep. Ricky has kindly asked Paul Crawley (known Canberra fan) to put pressure on Melb and the refs for this Sats game. Just like Max Krlich did for Manly a few weeks back.
                      ..it’ll be interesting to see

It can't get any worse for us.
We appear to be on the end of seemingly biased refereeing every game.

                          How to fix the mess?
                          Simple.
No degree from Harvard needed for this one either.
Referee the games properly, without fear or favour.
If the penalty count is 26-24, then so be it.

                          It's what fans want.
They don't mind losing fairly and squarely...if their team was beaten by a better team on the day.
What the fans hate is their team being robbed!

Penalise the first offence, sin bin the second and so on. Teams will play by the rules quick smart then.

Well it worked against Manly so my money is on Canberra this week.
