I'd either go for Ryles with Friend to be captain while Ryles is on the bench. And before anyone gives me a serve, look at Graeme Smith of South Africa, he was made captain at 22 and Andrew Johns was made captain of Newcastle at 23.

Ryles doesnt have the mentality of a captain. He is penalty rich. What about Maubs?

I think Friend at captain would actually be a popular choice for most supporters. Sure he is young but he has proven he has the right stuff. I definitely agree. Ryles, well maybe. His form was awesome throughout the backend of the season.
