Trent was upbeat after that game too. Could have easily been a lot further up than 14 nil at half time. Plus the Dogs came out committed and creative for an improved second half. That showed this week as they upset the Panthers at home. Agree with all your mentions just adding a special one too for Verills and Cronk's captaincy kept the foot on the pedal for 80 minutes.
I agree with you Louis re the dogs game. I felt honoured to be at the game to see Cooper score his 100th. The young forwards were excellent and our defence and resolve during the time of the refs being exceptionally whistle happy was pleasing. Canberra were thugs in that Brisbane double header weekend and we are due to win in Canberra apparently it’s been 8 years since our last.

    • The way I look at it, the last two weeks were a tune up for the next 11 weeks. Against the Dogs, it was all about defence and agains the Tits, it was all about attack. Combining the two against the Raiders this weekend is key.

Raiders have a lot to prove on Sunday as they haven’t beaten any of the top four or manly yet this year.
