Does Robbo rest our stars to make others take responsibility of the result without them? I reckon it's just a prep tactic and Robbo was prepared to lose just so he could tell everybody he expects better of them...

Was resting Origin players a fire up tactic by Robbo?

It did do something , lost us 5 from 7 , the reason we won today was having injured and rested players back , hence showing why resting players didn't work.EASTS TO WIN!

Depends on what you fancy.

Losing was never the plan for any coach, and Robbo expected us to win those games we lost during that period. But look at today's game, we didn't have 3 of our starting team, lost Frioend in the 8th minute yet had the depth and experience to cover for them. That's the benefit of resting some players early on in the season.
