Jizz goes on some pretty wild tangents, and not many of them are factually correct, but gotta love them, it’s like Cordner talking, not the easiest to listen too, but genuine passion and honesty.

I'm sure he is a Rooster but some of the shite he writes is just ridiculous.

Sam Walker has made Australian School Boys to play NZ in Redcliffe in September. Makes this side having just turned 17. Not sure if he has been picked as starting half but can only assume after he was named player of the carnival as QLD won the final.

I love Sam, one best kids you could meet and regardless of what gets says about Walkers they are very solid family and extremely grounded people. Extremely stoked to have Sammy at Roosters!!!

          Update:

Roosters young gun Sam Walker scores five in rugby farewell

The Ipswich Grammar playmaker torched Gregory Terrace for five tries and three try assists in a stunning final game of rugby union before joining the Sydney Roosters.

SYDNEY Roosters signing Sam Walker has bid farewell to rugby union with a stunning five-try haul in the final round of GPS rugby.

The playmaking son of former Bronco Ben Walker could have crossed for six but selflessly passed his chance away, one of three try assists he recorded in a 62-17 Ipswich Grammar win over Gregory Terrace.

Walker’s vision in support play bordered on supernatural as he appeared on cue to carry short passes and offloads through the Terrace line.

Scrumhalf and partner in crime Kalani Thomas scored a runaway try and pushed the final pass on Walker’s second try.

Walker’s masterclass led Ipswich to their fourth win of the season from eight matches.

Sam Walker is coming to end of rugby season for Ipswich Grammar. All games have been recorded by this media channel if anyone wants to go back and watch him in action a bit. Didn’t have overly successful season that it looked to be but still see his skill level. Keep in mind he’s freshly 17 and good majority of opponents have extra year on him still, in what is his second sport.

              SAM’S EARLY ARRIVAL

BOOM schoolboy halfback Sam Walker has turned up at Sydney Roosters six months ahead of schedule. The Ipswich Grammar student is using the school holidays to train in Sydney alongside Cooper Cronk, Luke Keary and the rest of the Roosters’ squad.

It was coach Trent Robinson’s idea to give the recently turned 17-year-old an early taste of the professionalism of NRL training.

Walker is seen as a long-term replacement for Cronk although Cronulla’s Kyle Flanagan is still on the club’s radar.

Failed every subject in the HSC equivalent.
Principal tried to tell my father I was a 65%-70% student. Father wouldn't listen, selected rocket science subjects for me to study...the hardest and most complex subjects.
                      Moral...be wise with children's education.
Anyway, I was more concerned about how I was going to avoid being blown to bits in the jungles and rice fields of Vietnam in that stupid war than passing high school exams.
...having in 2 years time to register for conscription.
                      "All the way with LBJ"...baaah!
Father wanted me to be conscripted.
                      "Nuke em" I said.
Raised voices in the living room every other night.
                      WW2 I would've volunteered.
I objected to losing my life for nothing in Vietnam.

Sam Walker...short break away from study...training with Roosters...all good IMO.
Refreshed, he can return to study and do exams.
Great to see you made it out intact mate.

My Economics teacher, in the mid 80s was a Vietnam vet, he was a shell of a man ;( on the upside, we did have schooner lessons at the pub!
