    • Seibold always has his excuses that his team lost the game, never just beaten by a better side.

              • Great win tonight. Best part of is that I can spend the weekend enjoying football rather than have to be stressed before the Roosters game.

So true Johnny. I love it when we win the first game of the round for that reason too.

Agreed. Looked like a training run.

Massive performance. I was expecting to get flogged by Pangai Jr and friends. Our form surprised me in a big way!!

                      • Interesting point re the ground tonight is they had the covers over the wicket square. Interesting because no wickets - drop ins removed. Never seen that before at footy

                          • Geez it was good to see Cords play in the fashion he did tonight, he was well down on his best last year and started this year pretty slow too but there were some really encouraging signs tonight from him. When he's at his best he's just as influential to this side as any other player in that 17. We just haven't seen it in a while.

                              • I live in Brisbane, and will be turning up at golf today wearing my Roosters jersey. My club is full of Drongos fans, and they all know I am a Rooster, so last nights game will shut them up for months. So sweet.
