One last one from me on this RT but do you want the players to go for broke on the first game of the season and on wet weather where it isn’t hard to get an injury? Lucky Keary didn’t break his arm. Like I said, it’s only 2 points and bragging right for winning the first clash of these 2 teams. Let the Pride and the glory have their day in the sun, or more like in the clouds because we know we have a team that will be stronger as the season gets longer.

No one has to go for broke but early season points would be beneficial when the injuries you talk about will be more pevelant later in the season.
