regrettably corporations rarely appoint statesmen so few are found. They appoint talking heads who stand for the corporation. Meaning profit and custsats and brand. I liked gallop but understand the rules have changed since arko and Quayle.

I worked for Ron Coote when I was at school. Newtown McDonald's. He had the entire store devoted to Rugby League. We had our end of year functions at Easts Leagues. I remember playing touch footy with him at our Xmas BBQ. Good times.
