What a ****ing joke. Here's hoping we can take the trash out in the finals two more years running as a retirement gift.

Btw watch for those hotdog smuggling meth heads to have a serious crack at trying to lure one of Latrell or Manu over to replace the Encino Man after 2020.
Why wouldn’t they have a shot at latrell, it’s not like we don’t go after the best when available, Cronk,Tedesco, keary, Angus.

Even salvo and fletch went to Souths, nobody cares to much when the offer is higher from the other club.

Of course they should. They'd be mad not to.

But they can still go and get ****ed.

Souffs are so putrid a club that they may even be worse than the Broncos. Now that is some achievement.

            - Hayne

            - Chee Kam
            - Salmon

TBH it has been a pretty shit off-season in terms of behaviour and/or alleged behaviour.
You can probably add a few more to that list e.g Musgrave for starters.

However Jizzy, the Bolton incident happened during the middle of the season........

The Warriors won't ever win a premiership even if God played for them.....................

It all comes down to money, another team will come in with a ridiculous offer that the club won't match and he will be gone like RTS left. But that's the salary cap at work and if a club is willing to throw 1 million plus a season at Latrell well good luck to him / them. You don't waste that sort of money on centres.

If the likes of Ben Hunt, Anthony Milford, Ash Taylor, Michael Morgan and so on and so forth are getting paid 1m per year then I'd argue that a transcendent talent like Latrell is worth that much.

I know he's a centre but he may finish his career as the best centre since Reg Gasnier so he's a rare exception to the rule.

It didn't take long. I never wish ill harm on anyone but 2 years of this BS will be horrendous. Thurston's was bad enough. I think you're right 13, it's the ego that comes in to question. Think Slater, first it was SOO and then the GF will be my last game; blah blah blah!. Why can't players regardless of how good or bad they were just walk away without all the fanfare?

Will GI be given a ceremonial send off game with all the profits to him?
Does smith have to give the money back, now that he's playing for another 2 yrs?

Yep, latrell is a gamebreaker, if somebody is worth a million for us, then give it to latrell, a million will be very common in 2 yrs time, and that will be for a very good player, a great player will be asking for more.

If they throw a 10yr contract to latrell, then he will go there to retire too

Both excellent questions Kelby. I wish there was a way to pose such corkers to greenturd.
