Personally, a game breaker is a great advantage, but far more valuable to have a team that is comfortable & trusting in each other.
That's when you get the sixth sense play happening. Remember some the magic from last year & blind passes that stuck....they came from players that trusted their mates would be there. That trust wasn't there this year, for a whole lot of reasons.
Hopefully we can keep this rolling along into 2012 & beyond.
Stability is definitley the Key, apart from the off field indiscretions, another destabilising issue which had more of a bearing than acknowledged was the number of players who were unsettled or unsigned well into the year, mind games and negotiations play havoc with players Phychi. I hope the Club has learned the importance of this and we are more settled going forward. This and the Game plan does lay squarely with the coaching staff.
Once settled the team played like a team, forget injuries every team deals with them.

The club took a risk with Todd, It looked good for a little while but?? Can't knock the coaches at this point, 2010 was great. 2011 was a failed season after a preseason with Todd counted in as the player to play with. End of 2011 proved we go alright without Todd the liability, 2012 will be a good season for the Roosters!!!!!

Maybe the new 5/8 isn't arriving until 2013.
Carney was waved goodbye because it was rightly decided he was an absolute farkwit and couldn't be trusted. Nothing do with Braith or anyone else. Quit blaming others for your beloved boy's downfall. It was his fault alone.

The Roosters will do fine in 2012 and onwards if the Club applies a 'no dickhead' policy to recruitment. And that means no Scummy Bill and probably Quade Cooper as well. Concentrate on deveoping players who have some pride and passion for the RWB.

If it can work for Melbourne it can work for us. The team comes first, not the individual. No egos, no attitude.

Then how about acting like it for once instead of posting the dribble of a 10 year old child
