Nah, it was rebranded as the world club series for a while, but the last game of the 3 was always know as the World Club Challenge and was always between the winners of both competitions.

Apologies, I misread that. You are correct.

Interesting, just been on a Wigan page and a considerable number of fans are keen to have it Sydney.

          They want a holiday?
If I was given free tickets to the game, I'd rather it was in England. Kill two birds with one stone.

They must do. Can’t imagine they’ll come in as bigger numbers as 2014 though. 3 trips to Sydney in 5 years is a fairly costly affair.

I hope it's here and I hope that a lot of you come out. Love the UK supporters singing away and love that you guys started off the game.

FWIW I would add that anyone here considering going to UK to watch us play should definitely do it. I went in 2014 and it’s a real highlight in over 40 years of watching us play. The whole experience is incredible and anyone that can justify the cost etc, should get on that plane if we are playing over there.

No way. Robbo takes it very seriously because he wants to promote the game and because he always wants to win.

Mate you must have shit yourself if you flew all the way to England in 2014 to watch us play only to find out the game was being played here!

If you think it’s 5 times harder then you’ve got your head in the sand son. Overal better caliber of players perhaps, 5 times harder I think not.

Just take your winter woolies. It’ll be bloody freezing in Wigan that time of year.

He probably meant 2003 when we went over there and smashed St Helens 38-0 from memory
