What is overlooked is the absolutely ridiculous 3-4m flick pass to Fergo after he picked the ball up.

He has some insane ball handling skills.

I think TV combined with professional skills makes a lot of things like that look much easier than they actually are.

Also, I think Manu's baby face makes him look a lot smaller/softer than he is. I thought he was kinda skinny/lanky based on TV. Saw him at fan day and was like woooah... he's a big unit!!

It's one concern I have about Morris v Fergo FWIW... the game has changed a lot since back in the day. Morris is pretty short and nowhere near the physical specimen that guys like Manu, Fergo and Latrell are. Don't really know where a short, white guy will fit.

Joey idolised Benji Marshall growing up he's definitely mastered the flick pass.
I remember watching him during a warm up and he was juggling and throwing the ball around, it was like watching one of the Harlem Globetrotters.
Amazing ball control and skills... just stunning.

Tackling was never his issue, it was his defensive reads that were the problem, guarantee defending outside Cooper Cronk has made that much easier.

Agree, credit has to go to Cooper Cronk for assisting Manu with his defensive reads.

Morris has played what 15 seasons at the highest level against plenty of monsters, he will be sweet. And Hall is a Fargo clone.
