The fact that young guns like Manu, Radley and Butcher all starred in an impossible comeback in the 2016 U-20's granbd final win. All te little things are adding up. The changed mental attitude of the side under pressure.

Souths will aim for a Tupou mistake, they'll open some half gaps for Keary, they'll try and bait JWH but we're a different side now. It's about winning. And if it goes the way I expect it will be like the first Ali-Frazier fight. The Roosters will keep hanging in and wait there chance and suddenly strike and Souths, like Ali, will hit the deck hard dazed and wondering where the hell that big punch came from. It really wasn't just one hook...it was the bodywork that set it up. The constant unrelenting pressure will tell.
Roosters Koboma! Roosters Koboma! Roosters Koboma!

    koboma, (Verb)

    to kill
to delete, to demolish, to destroy, to exterminate, to disable, to cancel, to cross out

I love the fact noone is paying us any attention...its a perfect storm for us to just go out and get the job done on Saturday night. And we will.

Add in another example ...the Ch9 Footy Show tonight has decided to devote its show to a pseudo "This is your life" for Thurston....ffs!!

On the eve of Leagues biggest (I believe) weekend.......aaarrgh!!

Who programs this shit? Unbelievable .
I think they (Nine) have him under contract so they are getting their poubd of flesh. But I agree with you - crazy timing and probably programmed at the start of the year, but should have been done in the premiership rounds.

The two sides with the longest standing rivalry and greatest history in the league. Channel Nine not doing a lot to promote it JFC. I'm watching it anyway but I'm a league tragic. But it is interesting that there is no big build up and I think it really suits us and our prep.

And Bondi - from memory that was the only way Sinatra could get a seat. I watched that fight plenty of times having grown up Ali. What an athlete! But that night he met his match in one of the all time great heavyweight bouts. Ali did great just to get off the floor after that hit from Frazier - it came all the way up from the floor - best one I ever saw. Souths won't get up though. Player that worries me most is Crichton. But this situation should provide plenty of motivation for our back rowers to give it to him.

I'm with you Louis, Ali is the greatest athlete I've ever seen.

yes i think the first 20 will be spaaring each othersouths looking for a toups mistake wich doesnt come if hes focussed and teddy talks him through it! as long as we can keep cook buttoned upo in the middle souffs will start to get frustrated thew burge bros wil in3ewvitable drop the ball a bit. there will be gaps for keary and teddy to pursue and of course fergo will give it his all not wanting his time here to end!the team has to listen to cronk no quick taps when a certyain 2 is on offer! gi will start to get frustrated he cant run over maubs and will start doing a few phsyco things, inevitable after being hit so hard and often by victoir?

Souths have been posting crap about the Roosters all year. A juvenile side. Although, the thing i like about that is it gets the good ol' rivalry brewing more
            EASTS TO WIN!

Fark me... Just a Channel Nine smother of Sam's "willy-gate", and replaced with more JT love fest.
Very unprofessional from Nine, but expected.
