It’s the coach whisperer. I remember in the article about him Robbo talked about not even mentioning the opposition by name. Just focusing on what ‘we’ have to do and only giving the media the bare minimum of attention that was required.

all media, the papers and souffs social media are making all the noise, souffs social are just screaming at us with all their posts and the rubbish #foreverinourshadow while roosters are just posting about they do everything for the members not taking any notice of anything else. i like that every level of the club is just focusing on us and ignoring all the rubbish out there

Quite, thorough and with purpose. This is a mentally tough side. The job will be done on the field. No egos - teamwork first - each one playing his role. It's a numbers game and this chain has very few weak links/ The improvement in players such as Zane Tetevano and Matterson, the right hand defense since Cronk came on board, the defensive reads of Tedesco. The fact that young guns like Manu, Radley and Butcher all starred in an impossible comeback in the 2016 U-20's granbd final win. All te little things are adding up. The changed mental attitude of the side under pressure.
Souths will aim for a Tupou mistake, they'll open some half gaps for Keary, they'll try and bait JWH but we're a different side now. It's about winning. And if it goes the way I expect it will be like the first Ali-Frazier fight. The Roosters will keep hanging in and wait there chance and suddenly strike and Souths, like Ali, will hit the deck hard dazed and wondering where the hell that big punch came from. It really wasn't just one hook...it was the bodywork that set it up. The constant unrelenting pressure will tell.

Good post as always Louis.
I love the fact noone is paying us any attention...its a perfect storm for us to just go out and get the job done on Saturday night. And we will.
Add in another example ...the Ch9 Footy Show tonight has decided to devote its show to a pseudo "This is your life" for Thurston....ffs!!
On the eve of Leagues biggest (I believe) weekend.......aaarrgh!!
Who programs this shit? Unbelievable .

The boys will win this for Latrell and Napa and ensure both get to play in the biggest game of the year the following week!
I read an article on the NRL site where Tupou has pledged to win this game for Latrell and Napa and I have no doubt the team have that in the back of their minds as well,it’s all about the team..
We will win this!
