Talking to a guy who knows Adam O’Brien today and he said he will be terrific for us next year. Said that O'Brien will be looking after our attack and that he is similar to Anthony Seibold.
That will be a nice change from the 5 tackle hit ups and bomb.

Similar to Seibold? So our attack will become 3 voluntary tackles, a dummy half run then go left. Great. Can’t wait.

It's a beauty. I suspect promises weren't kept at Melbourne.

Nab the title this year and I can already smell b2b titles with Crichton and O'Brien coming on board.

He knows that he can't do everything and accepts that... any successful business is built and run by a great team, not by a great individual... Robbo understands this as fact and not detriment. If you can't do something well, then find someone that does and hire them to do it. It's what separates the 'well run clubs' from the Sea Eagles. Throwing all your eggs in one basket and expecting a single coach to change the attack, defence, attitude, fitness, game management, game knowledge, kicking, playmaking, set plays, contracts, buys, retention, youth, etc is a fools game.
              Well said and argued mate.

I would debate you on the first word of your reply.

Hopefully he arrives, but I fear he may end up a head coach somewhere first.

No, I work for a Bank, nothing exciting. I attended a Melbourne cup function and Munster was there so I just said hello. He didn't know who I was, but he treated me with respect and was super friendly..so I like the guy.

I hear he's a very popular with the ladies on Tinder much to Bellamy and his autocratic stooges displeasure.

Who knows he may end up being our future coach. It makes sense for Robbo to have an understudy for the time when he may decide to leave or retire.

Good point roosterchook. I look forward to seeing the effect AOB brings to the Roosters next year and hopefully he takes over management of the bench.
