  • Cronk the Maestro ???

Saw something in his game against the Merge that tells me he will be pulling the puppet strings.
Yeah he is older and a bit slower.
A Johns will tell you it was going to take time for the team to gel but the only gel I know is KY gel.
If we are a good chance to take out the comp then Cronks brain should make sure of it .
Weve been waiting for him all year ..is he our secret weapon ? probably you can have all spark and fart players you want but you need a cool head to get you over the line..take note Friend and Cords.
    Remains to be seen .
Bulldog Ritchie says the comp is ours and should be undefeated from here and onwards ..even with out the Milky Bar kid Keary.

Cronk and JT will go up against each other for the last time next Saturday night on our right edge.
Whilst there have been some better running halves combinations these two with their precision passing, pin point kicking and ability to guide teams around the park were one of the greatest Rep halves duo of any era. Both of them have always played the game in the right spirit and have been outstanding ambassadors for the game.

l'll be looking forward to see JT run around one last time (so long as we win). He's been a great player.

          Yeah, Cooper's doing his job.

I love having Cronk in the side.

Just have to watch the background to see he is pulling the strings.

We are lucky to have landed that signing.

He has been outstanding the past couple of weeks and you can just sense the confidence he gives his teammates. The man has an aura.

I always said to those that jumped the gun early on Cronk should that he should be judged at seasons end. And certainly not by midseason where nothing is won.

I don't know about you but I'm not nervous about the finals.

With the big game fraud at the helm I fear we would have been sitting ducks for the Storm.

But with Cronk leading the way we look like a team who can't wait for the finals to begin.

What shows the dominance of Smith is the fact they have played with 3 separate halves and haven’t settled on one since Cronk left.
                  ..it’ll be interesting to see

I am looking forward to the finals but we have to finish in the top 3 (assuming Melbourne are minor premiers).

Keary being out hurts us a lot. Until then I was confident of getting there undefeated.

Cronk is starting to warm up along with the rest of the team, the master plan is slowly coming together..

Such a shame Keary got injured as we were looking unbeatable at full strength!

I agree with JT that we need to finish top 3 presuming the Storm finish Minor Premiers!

The Rabbits have a tough draw whereas Dragons have a breeze run,we just need to keep winning!

Cowboys game will tell if we have any complacency in us still .We should give it to them too .

                          You are making me nervous.

Need to stop blowing smoke up Cronk and Supercoach's butt. Take a closer look at the weekend game and see how much individual brilliance we had across the park. Mitchell's tries were individual brute strength. The Manu flick pass to Fergo and kick back in field for Teddy. Teddy's agility and strength creating multiple line breaks each game. Keary's acceleration.

If like last year we are forced to play two second rowers in the centres, and lose the ability to create an overlap on either side of the field, then forget it. The opposition will just rush up in defense without fear of us running around them. Cronk a cog in a big machine, not a god.

That's exactly write he is a cog in a machine but he keeps the wheels turning . He guides us around the park, keeps a level head under pressure and organises the right edge defence. He might have lost a yard of pace but he was never a running half. He might have lost a few metres off his kicks but he can still place them with accuracy as long as he has a bit of time to set up.
I would rather him there than Pearce who last week in the 2nd half with the game on the line kicked out on the full, made a pathetic effort on Hess to allow a try and generally went missing in the last ten minutes .
Our team has had a tendency to panic under pressure in tight moments over the last few years. Uncle Nick tried to address that issue by signing cronk ,time will tell if it was the right move.

You forgot Pearce’s blatant forward pass while the Knights were on the attack, stopped all their momentum hahahahaha
