We are talking about Game 3 which is a dead rubber, with a captain playing Injured..
Can’t Agree with you on this one HC.

In my opinion he should put Club duties first when Origin is already won and if he is indeed carrying an injury..

don't have an issue with any player striving to become a rep player, I have an issue with Rooster's contracted players having a history of playing for their state or country at much less than 100% fitness that leads them to miss more time for the Roosters.
its funny how so many criticized Paul Gallen for putting NSW first over the Sharks, yet are quick to defend Cordner for doing exactly the same thing to us.

Anyway, we have this discussion every year and nothing will change so we just have to cop it.
BTW, some above should note that we are only talking about Cordner. None of the other players are being mentioned and good luck to them. The difference is that every year Cordner comes back a cripple and most years he plays Origin busted in the first place. Last season we lost him for five games after Game Three and it was clear he shouldn't have played in it.

fingers crossed he doesn't do further damage to his calf/knee tonight.
