Who should replace him as Skipper?
Mini deserves a run - not a big talker, guess he could do the old "follow my lead" style of captaincy like Fitzy. It ain't going to happen though, Freddy wants it on Braith.

You know what, perrett as captain is not so much of a bad idea !! He is a player that has been at the roosters all his career, he is a tough and smart player, not a superstar, but has played in the cauldron of rep footy.

I reckon he would have the nouse and the commitment to be the leader of the Roosters.

I could just picture him running the side from the back. He's also a bloke that gives his all.

Braith is the best player, for our club. If not Braith in 2012 who would command such a profile and respect.

Am I missing something, when I look at the stats each week, then compare to other 5/8's and locks, most weeks he doesn't compare. He has had some ripper games and he has been very quiet on occasions. A bit of consistency would not go astray.

He might be the most valuable on the books, but on the field......not so much.

I'd try my guts out every week if i were given a jersey too, but all that would mean little when i played like shit and got smashed every week.

if Braith was a player in the opposition team I would take great pleasure at seeing him get a hammered by our team...

Hes never been a favourite of mine and Ive never thought him to add much as a footy player to this team apart from a few moments...

But as long as he is captain it doesnt feel right to disrespect him. we have had some legends captain our team the position is one of honour with a great history

I refuse to post an answer (other than this one) on the grounds that I will end up breaking one of my rules.

Without Braith in 2012, the Roosters would not make the finals. Braith thrives on responsablity, watch him in 2012.
