Not defending anyone here but many were happy to give Teddy 10 weeks to finally start showing something but poor old Reece, missing from the NRL for a while, is only afforded a handful of games before being hung?

Yeah but we know Teddy has the ability and is our starting fullback for 4 years whereas Robinson was a cheap depth signing so you can’t give blokes like that 10 chances to perform because they won’t get that many anyway unless there is an injury so not being Sonny Tuigamla 2.0 is important.

personally I don’t think Tedesco has been bad either he has shown glimpses without tearing it up every week but he will star with us I have no doubt about it

True. So nobody should have expected too much from him but apparently he has let everyone down. Surely Teddy has been the bigger disappointment considering the weight of expectation even though he starting to show ‘glimpses’ halfway through the season. He has certainly cost us a lot of dosh in order to show some glimpses 12 rounds in.

Teddy’s bad is good? JFC, I thought more of you than that! A player of his caliber shouldn’t be still finding his feet and showing glimpses after 12 rounds and with the price tag.

Point is, Teddy’s been afforded a LOT more time with greater expectation and a huge dollar amount hanging over his head than Reece who has cost us next to nothing in comparison without the expectation.

You experts are forgetting one very important fact ,it doesn't matter how good Teddy is if he cannot get the ball in attacking positions from the forwards.If the forwards keep hogging the ball and not passing he will always have to bring the ball up from our try line. As the forwards have been improving so has Teddy it's not brain surgery.
