Crighton's great but we need a top line front rower more than Crighton. Signing someone like Crighton would have to come at the expense of Cordner. We would be massively overpaying on backrowers if we brought him in.

Chricton is shopping for top dollar, don't think he cares too much about the club.
Come Wednesday he hits the open market and all clubs can 'officially' start negotiating with him.
He's already ignored the deadline that was placed on the offer from Souths so he's definitely willing to move.
Personally I think we need to invest in our three-quarters. There's absolutely no depth to speak of and outside of Daniel Tupou the rest all have question marks over where their long term future lies. Robbo has shown a good knack of developing budget props so I'd back him to do it again with a player like Collins. No need to spend big dollars on another middle.

Manu was in the under 20's NYC team of the year in 2016 as a winger and premiership winner for the Chookies under 20's - played some NRL in 2016 as wing - In 2017 he was selected for NRL as centre when he should have been a winger with Fergo at centre instead - another Robbo mistake - RTS for an example NYC Fullback played wing in NRL-sure Mini was FB in NRL but to get him used to playing NRL- wing was the best start as it should have been for Manu - Big step up to NRL from NYC especially in a crucial position as centre when others such as Fergo with NRL centre experience should have been selected there instead.
Why Robbo is under the pump and will be even more so since they signed Cronk- a premiership must be won IN 2018 I suggest - no excuses now- not many on here seem to understand that the shortfalls of the coach and coaching staff is being magnified by their decisions in team selections and the lack of development and irradiating the same errors from the same players. How could an unfit Toops be ever selected for one finals game let alone two when Evans was by far the better choice as a forward for a bench spot - he needs to answer those questions.

Isaac Liu was again a very unknown prospect who was punted from the Tigers 20s and played a bit part role for our 20's and then reserve grade side.
Sam Moa from Hull.
Zane Tetevano, from reserve grade and suspension.
He even had Ryan Matterson playing some really good footy in the middle at the start of this season.
These were all good budget signings turned into very handy first grade players.

Napa is a defensive forward - he is slow and sometimes lazy and has always been, JWH has not been the same since his ACL, SST has admitted that he is still has the ACL on his mind whilst playing, LIU is up and down, Matto / TETS / Maubs can only do so much. We've lost Guerra and Evans. So in come Toups ad Fergo to cart the ball up - and errors ensue. I'm sure Teddy will be needed also ala RTS, Maybe Friend might have the odd dart from dummy half once in a while. Also, we have zero depth in the meter eating department.
Cooper will be on a hiding to nothing if our go forward is not addressed.
Have a look at the size/speed of the packs/benches of Storm, Parra, Manwee, Dragons, Canberra, Cowbows, Broncos, Sharks, Panfas etc. Also, next year we will have different looking / improved Tigers, Knights, Dogs.
2018 will be very, very tough.
Shyte, I forgot Cords. No worries, after the World Cup he'll be recovered in time for Origin. And after Origin he may be fit in time for the 2nd week of the Semis.

Cant agree with most that you only need honest hard working props.
Team with best pack wins the comp.
Team with best props that can fire and lift in big games will win you the comp.
Bring Back Moa and SBW .Throw in O'Donnel for good luck.
Apparently we have snuck under the guard and signed a young goal kicking prop from the Titans Geordie Brand ..another red head .Oz rep player .Titans are pissed at us ..he is only 17 .Look him up big mobile kid.
