Flipper hands responded to a great ball by pearce by meekly lobbing one to perrett
Thought it was pretty tough from the commentators blaming Shaun Kenny - it wasn't like it was behind Perrett or at his knees, head height is pretty regulation for first grade.

Should have been caught.
Being a metre forward would have made it all moot though. The pass was a complete abomination.

I only have one criticism of Pearce, when the game was on the line he went missing, not him alone but he should have got into position on that last play for a field goal, that is when the game was on the line, his previous 79mins was some of his best
Amazing how some find faults so easily. Yes, clearly that poor play was Mitch's fault.
I'm not a Pearce fan-girl (he's above average and in this stage of his career nothing special), but seriously, for one of the only players in our team who competes every game he sure cops a lot of flak. I find it incredible considering how many lazy, useless shitheads occupy the team.
Our forwards make no metres and leave gaping holes around the ruck, most of our outside backs are slow and riddled with handling errors, our captain induces regular head-bashing against the wall and our 5/8th is an alcoholic dumbarse who has been a liability all season... and its Pearce's fault?
He's not Thurston, but hey, its not like he had much to work with.
I've been saying the same things backwards, there were a whole glut of games where we did not force a repeat set from a kick in the whole match, and that cost us big time, we relied on the bomb too much and did not utilise the grubber. Thats why i wanted to ask the question.
Im always calling for a repeat set when nothing is on.....we must be last at repeat sets

Yeah we probably are last in repeat sets PC, considering there were numerous games where we forced none at all.

At a football club, there’s a holy trinity – the players, the manager and the supporters. Directors don’t come into it. They are only there to sign the cheques.

The fireworks at the Easter show are making more noise than the crowd tonight
