You can use Slingbox to watch your Foxtel overseas. You have to get the box and set it up though.

I got Slingbox and eventually ripped it out because it wasn't reliable. Though admittedly I got an older version because I liked the look of the box more.

In Belarus, during the footy season or off season, you might be surprised not that I know anything about Belarus.

In Philippines the cost of unlimited 3g/4g is very low, and where I am staying we have a reasonably fast ADSL connection there but in many parts it is very slow. If the 3g/4g speeds are decent enough in Belarus and the tarriffs are not prohibitive it may be worthwhile getting 3/4g there and use foxtel go.

Forgot it was Asia only. There should be a European equivalent perhaps? NRL streams are geoblocked depending where you are and what streaming service you are trying to use. rugbypass.com provides an official legal stream so to speak. At one point FilthyRalph recommended a site to me but it was Europe only. The licencing seems to change every year or two.

livestream.com might be ok. There are quite a few illegal streams that can be found easily enough though have not needed one for quite a while. Android might be an issue too, usually use a home PC with big screen. Tried to use an Android device when in Thailand but no go.
