Didn't get lost for me. He and JWH were massive.

If he wants to leave then so be it. No point having a player that doesn't want to be here. Especially now we have Teddy. I got distraught over a player leaving for the last time when RTS left.

Alas I've never bought into the rumours that he wants to leave so I'm confident he'll be a long term Rooster.

The only thing between Latrell and greatness is the mental side of the game. Does anyone disagree?

He was our best player. Immense.

Amazing how he's come back from his ACL.

Mick Gordon well played in a complete team performance deserving of 50 points.

                Typical pessimistic BAW comment.
I'm still a bit pissed off that my 64-nil prediction died when the game managers still thought they could make it a contest at 14 - nil.

But I'm friggen happy with the result.

Does anyone you know in the real world ever have a go at you for game-saying?

SST is power. He's been sorely missed.

No I agree completely his athletic ability and his skills are clear as day, it's now just a case of mental application as it is for most players at this level.

Back to your original point about making a plan to re-sign him it's partially also why I disagreed with you that Gagai would be a better signing for us than Chambers. I think when you look at it, Gagai would be a long term prospect probably a 4 year contract which would take him to 2021.

Where as Chambers will be 29 in 2 weeks time, a 2 year contract that takes him until the end of 2019 (the same year Latrell comes off contract) would put us in a good position salary cap wise to re-sign Mitchell.

Great game...Usual suspects played well as they should. I'd say that rather be happy with the usual, I'd throw in Manu for another good game and developing very well...The more he plays, the faster he improves, something that Watson should also be given.

The refereeing & the bunker was terrible.
I swear the refs the bunker & the NRL hierarchy are all out to get the Chooks.
Ah thats right it was 48-10 the Roosters way so I guess those 2 refs & who ever was in the bunker will be sacked after that performance.

Really good team performance this arvo by the Roosters who played with more aggression & discipline.
If you turn up to play then you dont have to worry about the refs.

Yes I was thinking of that during the match...

                              Maybe with the goalkicking...

I did notice Pearce & Keary played more as a split combo which I think is a step in the right direction given the lack of another ball player in the side.

                                Best show all year...obviously.

What a difference when the refs stay out and just let the football contest evolve. We usually win.

                                Great ball handling.

                                Special mentions to :
Lattrell the emerging star...what a difference he makes.
JWH...best front row game I've seen from anyone this year. Think he played something like 55 mins unsubbed and all quality. Set up this win.
                                Fergo...huge game. SOO awaits.
