There has never been a player in the history of the game with more unforgivable errors than SKD. The only one that comes close is George Azzi.

i just thought manly played the identical game to us last night. all the game was run up the middle third by both teams. play for errors. the turning point was when myles stripped the ball from the forced drop out , then ben cummonyourface thought it was time to stamp his domination on the game and award his piggy back penalty.
i thought liu was soft tonite, Zane went all-right, skids and 2poo were typically putting their hands up and jwh should be running wider. Boyd is a tru leader.
and the ultimate hi-lite was the lack of hastings on the field1911 1912 1913 1923 1935 1936 1937 1940 1945 1974 1975 2002 2013 2018 2019 2020

Fergo is lazy and uninterested. Only keen to get involved in a scoring opportunity otherwise he goes into hiding. I find it hard to understand how he can watch SKD do all those hit ups and just watch. I don't thing he should be re-signed.

But Mitchell with early ball and one-on-one with his opposite is a handful for any opponent from anywhere on the field. We didn't go there and I was left with the distinct impression that he may not be 100% at the moment. Meanwhile, Fergo was just feeling his way back which is not a luxury that can be afforded in first grade.

Keep in mind your centres will also do a lot more tackling in defence than your wingers ever will.
We need players like Latrell & Fergo to be fresh in the final 10 minutes so they can win games for us, that is what they should be judged on.

I've watched Konrad Hurrell bugger himself by taking hitup after hitup for the Titans and then as soon as they get in good ball zone he's of no use to the Titans because he doen't haven the energy required to hit a hole with any speed or aggression.

As for Hurrell, the reason he gets tired is because he is just a fat talentless battering ram. His signature move is the Samoan sidestep and his entire "skill" is tied up in being a 100+kg nugget.
Fergo and Mitchell should be setting the bar a hell of a lot higher than Konrad ****ing Hurrell

At least he only played, what, 1 game? When we had about 15 players out injured too.
When SKD somehow found a way to touch that ball that was going dead I just shook my head in disbelief. And then he spends the rest of the game making the most dynamic one out runs from our own end.
No doubt about it the runs that SKD and Toops make are awesome and crucial. They allow us to hit our own 40 by the 3rd tackle.
But holy **** with SKD especially we have to take a lot of bad, batshit insane crazy even, to go with the good.

If we had Minichiello or Slater or Stewart then that would have been a game winning break with a ball back on the inside for a try under the posts.
Quite frankly our support play on breaks has largely been very poor this year.

In attack he looks stunned by headlights and has the most peculiar look on his face like as though he had the bone pointed at him when beaten in defence. The freeloader and SKD combo fatal as they seem mentally weak - SKD goes into his shell for a time after a error and when the going gets tough Fergo goes walkabout.

Plenty of "legends" in that game:

Says a lot that Azzi is the one singled out.Last edited by Johnny Tobin; 04-01-2017, 02:43 PM.

Missing 10 of our 17 GF team.
No wonder we had a rough start to that season.

attention to detail was missing with and without the ball- too many errors at crucial times- effort was there mostly but that wont get you the two points- This Thursday night will be a major test- Bronco's have a big mobile pack and if we cannot match them there it could be a long night- Robbo needs to decide how/where and when he will use Watson. A lot of improvement is required in all areas and as all know winning starts on Monday as Big Jack Gibson would often say
