Cummin$ the puppet whilst a ref is being groomed to head the refs upon retirement - a friend of mine and not a Roosters fan commented it didn't take long for them to appoint Cummins to a Roosters game. I see someone posted the same thing.Comment

I was very surprised seeing this last night on NRL 360. They do expose Cummins for his incompetence as if I was the NRL, I would need to look into this right away!!!
