so, if he refs according to the script, the dogs will get favourable penalties like on their 5th tackle, and at crucial times of the game. then there will be a flood of penalties (like 3) to even it up in the last stages by which time it will be too late. I've seen that unfold many times with said referee.

This idiot really ruined that game on Saturday Night in Townsville as it really showed that the better team lost. The guy never gets a feel for a game and for the Raiders to still be competitive after a 11-4 penalty count was remarkable, however this particular referee has is in his mind who deserves to win the games before kick off......

Robbo was spot on last year with his comments about Cummins, and I am surely not confident that we will win this game, especially against the Bullscum who over the years has been well known to pull a lucky victory out of their backsides.

I can see them winning on Thursday, hopefully I am wrong but with Cummins at the helm it will be a tougher ask for our boys especially on a five day turn around.

Their defence is probably more mature and/or better drilled into them since they've had the same spine for a full season or so.

I was at that game. The conditions were the reason they didn't get beat by more.

They couldn't trouble the Storm defence despite getting 7 consecutive penalties. We should beat em easily.

The last time we had an exciting rnd 1 win and played the Dogs in rnd 2 was 2010. And we lost by 50 with the infamous Marty Kennedy incident where he tripped and headbutted the ball off the kick off!

Cummins is also a blatant C----.
