Anyone calling for punishment for Norman, having not seen the video is an absolute hypercrit.

What about him being caught in possession of drugs, pleading guilty to the charge and in turn having the crime recorded against his name? Far worse than anything Pearce has done, so I expect more than an 8 game suspension and $125k fine.

I feel dirty when i click onto NRL.com.

The greatest game of all is slowly being destroyed by Greenturd and co. Agendas are effecting their decision making and they've lost touch with the average fan.

How Archer can look at himself in the mirror is beyond me.

That's fine, but already the NRL is treating Norman differently than Pearce based on already confirmed **** ups.

There is also the 2 videos - one of him filming a mate doing drugs, another of him railing some chick - although no one gets to see them as channel 9 decided they couldn't show them easily enough on ACA like the Pearce video they bought

Didn't Mike Baird once say that that the NRL must take a strong stance against players who think they are above the law, in that case didn't he want SKD stood down from the game!!!

Now that 2 players have been convicted of a crime I find it not only double standard but also despicable from the NRL that they are allowing Corey Norman and Liam Knight, including Valentine Holmes continue to play Rugby League...

The message the NRL is portraying is that you can go out there, break the law and get a conviction and still play first grade with no financial repercussions..... However, go to a private function and act like a tool with no one getting hurt or any violence occurring then you will be punished....

Well done Mr Greenberg you are just telling the children who want to play league that they are bigger than the law and are free to have a long career within the NRL if you are convicted of a crime!!!! Disgraceful from the NRL as I have been saying all year. Greenberg was the wrong choice for the person chosen to run this game and is a bloody disgrace. I feel for Mitchell Pearce as he has gone through rehab and countless community services in which he is still continuing to do on his own behalf and has been sobered since Australia Day.

$800 fine and a 1 week suspension for breaking the law is a joke compared to acting like a tool and not hurting anyone or anything at a private party.

the games run by nein and they pull the strings. they chose what they air and what they dont. show bias towards the roosters as they are(were) a genuine threat in the finals and will stuff up the dream drongos v v shire grand final. nein runs the game and who they want to win the g.f. Rewarding their team the drongos with nearly every thurday night game and friday night game . showing only what they chose to air on the news and current affairs. they are the issue and they need to go. Semi radra has slipped out of the press, even tho skids was stood down immediately. nein is killing our game by their controll of what they want and who they want to win. all about qld and trying to get qld the home of rugby league.

Yes Nathan A agreed at the end of the day every reasonable person wants to see each case dealt with fairly. The whole principled stand the NRL claims to be at the centre of their decision making quickly unravels when you see how they treat each case in such an inconsistent fashion

Must be why Uncle Nick is buying up vast swathes of land in S.E Qld. Maybe we are relocating after he calls time...
