Horrie Snr was one my all time Rooster faves but my opinion of him has changed. I'm over the bloke attempting to make up for lost time with his son at the expense of our club. He is not doing anyone any favours with his rants, including his son. In fact, he is making his son's situation worse, because if there wasn't an issue with he and his team mates before, there will be now, or there will be more offside with him than before.

He isn't "making up for lost time with his son at the expense of the club". He is putting forward his opinion, which most of us agree with. Whether or not he should do that on twitter is open for debate.

People seem to enjoy questioning his parenting skills in a condescending and snide way. Yes, he went to the USA but there are two sides to every story.

I'm like DUDE!!! Young is GOOD!!! Enjoy wrinkle-free skin and a thin beard while it lasts!!!

Oh and then there's the hipsters. I call one guy the scarecrow in meetings and it always brings down the room with laughter. There's this lanky bugger who wears a really tight blue suit (so walks like a scarecrow with stiff joints...etc) and he has this scraggly beard that looks like somebody glued a wad of straw onto his face. Cracks me up how hipsters think they are being the epitome of well-dressed (when in fact they are a bunch of scrappy buggers with NFI).
The funny thing maan! These dudes, they are now the epitome of cool and we are the fuddy duddy types that our parents were 20 plus years ago.

FWIW I think beards look ridiculous on anyone under 40.
It looks pretty cool on Radradra you have to admit.

JT, if you think that Horrie Snr biting the hand that feeds his son is the right move, then fair enough. But I can't see any positives for Jackson in it, only negatives.

Horrie Snr can have all the opinions he likes, but there are better ways of voicing them I would have thought. Especially if he wants his son to have a successful career at any club.

I'm not saying I agree with him doing this on twitter.

So the minority consensus is Kevin Hastings needs to be less like Damir Dokić
                and more like Wayne Pearce.

I tend too agree with that.
