Apart from his really dickhead antics at Canberra has he really been worse than Mitchell Pearce? Think about it. If you believe Pearces drunken antics are just the ones reported in the'media in recent years you are then living in fantasy land. He is the only one that highlighted the point I was trying to emphasise.

He contradicts himself every second sentence and expects everyone to take his every word as gospel.

All I can say is thank Christ I have Foxtel and the only time I have to suffer Gould & the imbeciles at 9 is during rep games - that's more than painful enough to suffer. After 80 minutes of Gould, Warren, Fatso, Fittler etc my ears were bleeding.

Jack Bird should've started! He has a fair amount of x factor and the confidence to worry a team as good as QLD. He is also in great form.

Walker should have been watching the game from the comfort of his lounge room.

Ironically, Daley dropped Pearce after the Kings Cross nothing incident yet rewards Walker who overdosed on prescription drugs whilst on a 2 day drinking binge.

I've respected Phil Gould ever since he dragged this club out of the darkness of the early 90s and I think he's correct that it's time for a clean out.

A forward pack of Fifita, Woods, Merrin, Cartright, and Graham would be a good start. And Peats as hooker as Robbie Farah is near the end of his used by date.

Ive been saying it for a while now that Gallen, Farah and Bird have been QLDs best players. Not seeing them in a Blues jersey anymore is the absolute best thing they can do to help NSW to a series win next year.

The whole commentary team was so painful I've erased most of it from my memory in the interests of my health and wellbeing.

I pity the ones having to listen to 9 this evening - yet another 80 minutes of a Rabbits Warren Vermin lovefest, declaring to his dwindling audience every 3 minutes that the Vermin are everyone's 'second team' (as if) and that how good are Burgi 'and their mum ain't bad either'.

Give me Warren Smith any day - he might have his faults, but geez he and his fellow Fox commentators are a class above anyone 9 has to offer.
