Oh please, you have no inside information about what happens at an American football team.

Hayne has young guys around him who have played the game there whole life...it was always going to be hard because in order to stand out he needs to produce something special regular but with such little game time (Like 1 carry per game) he just hasnt been given the chance to shine and when he has, he has made some pretty big errors...is he good enough to still make it? yes but i just dont think they will give him the time of day to do that so i see him coming back to NRL sooner rather then later.

Should he come back early, I have a horrible feeling he will end up with the bunnies.

Remember - Inglis will end up in at the Broncos or in Rugby, and that day is getting very close.

Can we actually afford the Plane if he did become available, or would we need to rely on the NRL discretionary fund?
If we had to offload players, then I suppose Gurrera and Moa would be high on that list

I'm sure the NRL would contribute something. But then again, that offer will be available to very club not just us.

We will need more than Guerra and Moa gone to fit him in. We would probably need to show two backs - probably Jennings and SKD - the door as well.

As good as he is, we would be far better off nurturing existing talent rather than going for Hayne/Slater. Michael Gordon was the only good value for money fullback on sale this year IMO and we have missed that opportunity.

Likewise, I think SBW is a poor investment at this stage of his career given the money he will demand and the calibre of our pack already.

              I didn't realise that was a prerequisite!

Nah man, it was what Ginnane and some other dude we're talking about on MMM the other night is all. They were saying that it's a very, very likely scenario that the 49ers will drop him - perhaps unfairly - and that the bookies see it that way also. The point they were making was that the bookies next-to-never get these things wrong. If they did, they wouldn't be in business!

So yeah. Back in your box, Rain Man.

If he comes back it's with us 99%. Bulldogs 1%

And when Reggie Bush returns to 49ers it will have a domino effect on all positions (offensive/special teams), meaning Hayne gets even less.

People should judge Hayne after 1 full season at NFL. If he continues to improve and works on ball security, he won't be back anytime soon

Reggie Bush is already back in the last game which Hayne was dropped for.

                          We'll give him a job.

He seems like a nice lad.

We don't have a fullback and your saying NO to the worlds best number 1.

                              Nice one scapey.

The guy should be knighted for lasting as long as he did at the Eels.

One can only imagine just how good he could be (from rounds 1 to 26) under Robbo.Perhaps even longer if we can clone JWH.

It's going to be interesting to see who gets first crack at FB next year for the Roosters.

VB Cup Fullback of the year was the Wyong Roos Fullback Omar Slaimankhel
