Exactly, I still think we'll win this year. I thought it the moment we lost the prelim and I don't see any reason to change my mind. Our losses have been by 8, 8 and 4 which proves that it's just a few little things that aren't going our way and you would think that with a full strength side those losses would have been wins.

I disagree about the souths comparison however. Cowboys are a completely different side now to what they were in round 1 and imo will at least get to 5 wins in a row.

My prediction atm for the top 4 is us, cows, broncs and rabbits.

I'd hate to play the cows in the GF after the apparent rorting they copped the last couple of years plus it's been a while since a Qld team has won.
The penalty count will be the same as Round 1. 10-2 with 7-0 in the second half.

True, refs would definitely be on their side.

Having said that however, considering the probable other teams we would meet in the final (Rabbits, Broncs and Dogs), I would cope with losing to the Cows the best. I love JT and think he deserves a premiership so if we weren't to win it I would want the cows to. I couldn't survive with Rabbits or Broncos.

I think it will be Roosters Cowboys though. Theyre the two best sides when theyre on and I think only us are able to stop the Cowboys when theyre playing like they are at the moment. Rabbitohs have lost 3 straight to them and Cowboys smashed Broncos in last years' finals.

Our attitude and discipline is far from that of A Maguire, Bellamy or Bennet coached team. Robbo might be technical but doesn't demand the same as these coaches. Just my opinion and hold great merit.
