Is there a stat for the player that earns the most penalties? I'm sure he would top the list

Cowboys have done what we used to be able to do - beat the opposition AND the refs.

            Bird would have him covered.

Damm it! I switched off thinking Souths we're going to be handed another free ride. Well... At least there's Livestream

Ego's and attitudes need to change before Easts have any hope of being there in October...

I was at the game tonight (Mrs is a cowboys fan, free tickets etc) sat in the souths members section on the 40m line. Their crowd earned them quite a few penalties in the first half. Was quite funny to sporadically chant for the roosters in the souths section. Got quite a few odd looks.

But seriously anyone who says we can't win the comp after watching a cowboys souths game needs to stop externalising control and match outcomes.

I would prefer Paul Green any day over assistant coach Steve McNamara. PG is the real deal.

People said the same thing in 2013 yet we won with the worst penalty counts and some of the worst completion rates.

What you do with the ball is far more important than how long you can hold it for.

                          True.

But in 2013 we had SBW who put in the best season I've ever seen by a forward; if not any single player full stop.

We really miss his genius. Fergo is the closest we'll come to replacing it and I agree that he's been a HUGE loss.

He is a rare talent that has an aura about him. He instills fear in the opposition in attack and defence and we'll need him fit and firing if we're to challenge.

This team is a shadow of the 2013 edition in my opinion.

We had him, he left. Get over it.

                                And whenever that happens....that happens.

They get most of their victories off key penalties for and a lack of key penalties against.

Happens most weeks in their games... They are very vulnerable to fair refereeing.
