Has lost confidence since Ferguson's injury, when he gets back things will be a lot better, but by then it will be too late. I hope I'm wrong but the team looks to be in trouble.

Jakes the man we've missed most.

With him back we will start to win again...Fergo will ice the cake with a mid year return.

Didn't Jake play last week end ?

We are a team which functions like a machine , unfortunately when one cog is missing the wheel spins.

We were literally 1 inch away from winning that game on Friday.

We didn't play that badly, and should have showed a bit more composure toward the end, but if Jimmy's field goal goes over we win the game and there's no post mortem.

I can't believe the theory that we're missing a guy who's played 3 games for us in total.

First run back mate from a tricky injury...well short of match fit and still 53 tackles playing part game!

          He won't take long..

We looked twice as good with Ferguson in the team and the side played accordingly. We would've beaten both Cronulla and the Broncos had Ferguson played. Friend is an important part of the team but Fergo gives us that x factor,

We didn't do too badly considering we didn't get a single penalty in the second half.

Considering the intensity of the match, it wasn't a bad effort.

Maloney needs to lift his game in defence. It has been way below first grade standard.

We have the roster to win the comp.

Robbo has the biggest challenge of getting the attitudes right and everyone on the same page.

The NRL has to also pull their faaarking heads in and stop with the bias refereeing.

Penalties that a team is entitled to equates to momentum. Our system and expansive style of play is based around this momentum.

I agree Ray that we looked a lot more dangerous with Fergo.

And the team is in trouble for reasons both in and out of our control.

Ineffective 5th tackle options, namely a general inability to force repeat sets and build pressure as well as midfield bombs that are easy to pick off and have no chasers.

Poor completion rates. Poor discipline. Miss tackles. Etc. Plenty in our control. And I'm not being negative because I don't think we're in a slump at all. Sharks played out of their skin against us and were better on the day. The broncos game was a bit of bad luck. We're a top four side. Fergo provides that x factor but we didn't have him last year and we'll win plenty of games without him this year.

Sorry but I don't subscribe to this theory

Teams are more likely to suffer when a either a forward goes missing or the pack is not up to speed

Well both the above reasons hold water for mine

Jake is back but he's almost but not quite up to his usual levels of execution

Guerra is missing & for me that was the crucial difference last Friday night

Liu should be replaced by Mr T at lock, he's not cutting the mustard & should be utilized from the bench

We are not far off peeps!!

I invite the death riders to revise the situation in 12 weeks time

& please don't crap on about the refs they make such easy scape goats

Im not so sure about that , Footy games are won in the middle and our backline tops off good go forward over the advantage line with a retreating defensive line , Fergo was unlucky no doubt but the most concerning aspect of his playing history is the amount of games hes spent on the sideline injury prone , considering he will command around 400k surely this has to be considered in the overall picture considering our cap restrictions , we totally underestimate SBW departure for mine we got owned by the sharks and we got owned by sam thaiday , napa and evans are still growing into the rigours of 1st grade everyweek we def miss a tradesman like prop like LOD

maybe the boring bomb is a stratergy to throw of the opposition. let them think and prepare for the bomb then mix it up.
