The poor handling that was as a direct consequence of pressure from OFFSIDE players. The 10 metres wasn't enforced today and the Sharks took advantage of it, we didn't.

Hard to catch the pill when the defenders are in your face before the ball has even been passed. There was one instance today where first contact on a 20 tap was made 22m out from our line. How is that even possible?

Cummins is the most anti-easts ref there is but u can't blame our crap performance on him. Intensity and lack of composure were the killers today.

I couldn't believe they didn't go to video for Sharks' third try - it was quite clear on the big screen that it was knocked forward by their 5/8 into Lewis' hand. No surprise that Cummins went straight for the whistle and the Ch9 commentators chose to ignore the replay.

We don't but isn't that the case every week. We were poor today and i think we needed a performance like that every now and then to keep us in check. We bombed at least 3 certain trys and our halves were outplayed. If we went up against a side well down the track with their squad like a storm or souffs or bulldogs etc we would have had 40 put on us.

Dude I've looked at that and can't see what your seeing - if Bird got a touch at all it was simultaneous with Lewis. Fair try from a good attacking kick - something our guys couldn't produce in 80 minutes.
