  • Easts vs Souths 1995 vid

Counting down to round one, heres another vid I just made.
Check out our old away strip.
Even though this was our first year under the name Sydney City, we still wore the Eastern Suburbs logo on our chest.

You know he may have not reached any great heights because that was the choice he made but I havnt seen a more skill full player than Andrew Walker -ever

Remember that night well. Walker was right in front of us when he collected that drop out, and a bunch of us were screaming for him to go for it, couldn't believe it when he actually did!

Geez... don't give Wayne Bennett any more ideas. Most of his team's dummy half passes are almost as forward as that one from the USA team. He might try it against us if Archer is referee.

sad thing is today with our quality officials Archer would have gone upstairs for the grounding but the video ref couldn't judge on the forward pass . Big screen flashs TRY. :P

Considering he was the only player that could keep Fittler out of the number 6 jersey on a weekly basis, i would agree with that comment !

He became a great fullback aswell. He would of killed it in Origin if he had been given a chance. Played for Australia but I think it was that test against the "Rest of the World".
                        What a talent.

That game against Souths....wasn't that Adam McDougall's first grade debut as well?
