Sooner or later it's going to bite them in the derriere. They've got some pretty big names coming off contract next season (Boyd, Cooper and Nightingale) and the season after (Fien, Hunt, Morris, Young and Scott) who are going to want upgrades. Boyd is going to want a massive upgrade (rightfully), same with Morris, Scott and Young (new rep players). Add to that Nightingale's and Fien's performances of late and a possible future rep player in Hunt and that's a big chunk of your salary cap gone. My guess is that they will have to lose 4 of them to keep the others. Cooper will be gone, then take your pick.

Add Canberra in there, and then the rest of the top 8 teams and things are going to be a lot harder for them.
