I told him I didn't even know how if could get them.

Then a Rooster mad workmate texts me (who lives up the Central Coast) and asks me if I can get 2 Grand Final t-shirts for him and HIS mate who I've never met. He works in ****ing Woollahra. Get them yourself!

Another mate who's a f'n Tigers fan text me during last night's game to say if the Tigers win can I get him a Grand Final ticket to sit with me. **** off!

Dihard, if you have no luck don't worry mate. We'll all work something out.

I would be interested for a few rounds and then same old Easts failure would just make me forget I even liked the sport, until the next season and then start all over again. Does that make me a bandwagon type of fan?
With the small fan base we have, we should embrace any old fans returning and getting new ones to support our team. Success will bring more and more.
The bandwagon term is something other league fans call us. We shouldn't be acknowledging that by calling our fans bandwagon supporters.

Come one, Come All I say!
        I never complain about them.

        I like the numbers.

Guess I've always been a little peeved by the bandwagon supporters, BUT I do like the increase in support numbers .....and you never know, on the positive side maybe even a few of them might decide to hang around a little more permanently and that can only be a good thing !

There are plenty of so called supporters who post here who are deathriders, they are the worst bandwaggoners.

Hey lads, am a Sharks supporter, however, from round 1 this season have followed the Roosters closely. When i saw theyd signed Carney, I knew something good was on the horizon, good luck this weekend! I think the Dragons are in for a huge shock. I think the momentum is all behind the Roosters sails, a nice come from behind win, then 2 more than convincing wins, plus all the confidence from the Dally M awards!

Good luck this weekend boys, im putting a fair wad on them to win!

I think you guys are missing the point of what we are actually bitching about.

I have no problem with bandwagoners. I hope 100,000 extra Roosters fans come out of the woodwork.

It's the "favours" they want. The expectations and pressure they put on you for access codes, season passes, Grand Final tickets, ****ing t-shirts which I would be only too happy to give to J.T. or Hawkeye but not my " Roosters mates" who suddenly appear from nowhere.

It's like winning $2 million bucks and the phone starts ringing off the hook.

                  I get it mate.

The code won't help. Apparently only two tickets per code.

My uncles a sponsor of the Sharks, new member of its board etc (also Steve Rogers cousin) n has basically unlimited access to the club and its facilities (within reason of course) whenever Im in town, i live up the north coast now, he's always offering me his box seats for games, new jerseys, meet up with players after the post game celebrations etc, but ive never asked, in fact, i dont think ive ever asked someone for a favour because of a higher power they may have or something.

Its funny when u have something how many people u here from u wouldnt normally. When i was a teenager, i was teh first of my mates to get my liscence, man i was popular with mates i never knew i had there for a while

Next year I'm buying 6 Grand Final tickets straight away.

If we make it - great!

If we don't I'll decide whether to go or sell.

You must have been out driving while the rest of your class learnt to spell.

I feel sorry for your uncle. I would hate to be on the board when they finally go into administration.
