Valium is also given out by doctors as a pain suspressant. Not hard to see he was given some to ease the discomfort by the club doctors.

A couple of questions?
Why did Friend have valium with him at Coogee maccas?
For what reason did the police feel the need to search Friend for prescription drugs on a saturday night at a McDonalds restaurant?

Regardless of what some people believe, Valium are not prescribed as pain relief, unless it is by an very unscrupulous or uncaring doctor....it is a muscle relaxant that is often given to persons who are overcoming alcohol addiction.....
We may never know why they chose to search him....Perhaps the police is knew who it was and sometimes thats all it takes....
I guess the first step is finding out who gave them to him and there in might lie a perfectly good explanation.....
I dont know, I would guess most of us dont, but I certainly wont be judging Jake without knowing the facts...

Just another off-field event for the media to sink their teeth into and sensationalise it.
The club is standing by Jake and i have no doubt our doctors and his professional helpers can justify his need for valium.
BTW, i had no idea that one must carry with them a prescription for drugs prescribed to them.......pleeease. Talk about the cops coming down hard on this bloke. He must feel victimised by now. Wouldn't surprise me if he just gives up on the bright lights of Sydney and heads back home to Noosa.

As I have seen it and others will back this up, there is no ego.
I am hoping that this is not a problem, and will wait until I hear more information. The Internet is a place for posting silly things
