I would imagine the cops were there grabbing a feed and spotted Friend there.. Obviously they are pissed that the last lot of charges against Friend were dropped... These guys can be real carnts when charges against someone don't stand up in court.. Wouldn't surprise me if they sold Friend the drugs in the first place.

Pretty much every person I grew up with at school and outside who became cops were small time drug dealers before joining the force. Some did not even stop... Another funny story, my uncle came home one evening to find his next door neighbours house being broken into... The two people who emerged were local policemen with a tv in their hands. The local police had left flyers in the mail asking for anyone going away over holiday season to inform them of when they would be away so the police could assist the community by keeping an eye on their properties...

That sounds a lot like the plot of the movie Home Alone...random observation

I reckon Friend was supplying them to his team mates, which would explain their inept performance last night!

I don't know too much about the drug.

What could be the reason that a young man would need them?

They should have charged him for impersonating a first grade footy player on Saturday night.

meh...if it was a pseudoephedrine drug I would be concerned, but valium would have the opposite effect. Anything that keeps him calm and out of trouble is a good thing.

Not if he has an addiction......Nothing could be further from the truth....Valium addiction is a horrible thing......and can be at times likened to Schizophrenia.....and has been mistaken for it more times than enough.....

Binge drinking and valium is a pretty popular mix.

I'm hoping he wasn't that dumb.
